At Lanmark360, the sentiment runs deep that in order for any company to fire on all cylinders, every employee should possess certain core values and principles to drive optimal work performance while keeping morale high.

Each year, at our annual holiday party, we vote to decide which team member best embodies the attributes, and attitudes we hold dear by bestowing them with our Living360 Award. This year, for the first time, we announced co-winners. Marketing/IT Specialist, Steve Bennett and Production Artist, Anthony Lagana, shared the honors. Both Live360 by displaying the passion, respect, integrity, diligence, and efficiency necessary to propel success, and represent the type of individuals any organization would be honored to have.

Also, in an age where longevity at one company has become more and more scarce, Lanmark360 is proud of the fact we have so many employees who have remained with us for a long duration of time. Therefore, we also recognized five members of our team who have reached significant year-of-service milestones.

Among those honored – Production Artist Ellen Morkavage, who in 2015 celebrated her 30th year as a Lanmark360 employee. Throughout her three-decade tenure, Ellen has produced outstanding work and remains a pillar component to our production department. More importantly, with her congenial personality, she is a pleasure to be around on a daily basis.

Easily one of the most beloved members of the Lanmark360 family, our esteemed VP of Operations, Tracey Clayton, celebrated her 15th year of service. Tracey not only facilitates day-to-day operations while heading our Human Resources department, but she consistently makes time to guide and mentor employees and is a huge reason why we collectively enjoy coming to work each day.

Also recognized: Senior Account Executive, Megan Lyttle; Account Coordinator, Colin Horahan; and Contact Management Supervisor, Eric Nilla; who all reached their five-year milestones, respectively.

Overall, our end-of-year holiday extravaganza was a huge success. After months of detailed planning, we transformed our fulfillment warehouse into a winter wonderland of fun and camaraderie. The relaxed ambiance sparked great conversation and laughs to culminate a memorable 2015. Looking ahead, we anticipate an even more memorable 2016.
